Brenton is a Certified General Appraiser with 25+ years of appraisal experience. He graduated from California State University Sacramento (CSUS) with a BS in Business Administration. He completed concentrations in both Real Estate/Land Use Affairs and Finance. He also earned a Minor in Economics. Upon graduating from CSUS he was hired by Ousley and Associates as an Appraiser Trainee. He then went on to appraiser positions with California Federal Savings & Loan (Cal Fed) and Steve Walkup & Associates. He is currently the principal of Brenton Aichroth & Associates. His appraisal experience includes complex SFR's, FHA appraisals, REO properties, apartment buildings, mixed use properties, appraisal reviews as well as completing assignments for Attorneys, CPAs/Financial Planners and Realtors. Brenton is also a licensed Real Estate Broker.
Brenton lives in Walnut Creek with his wife Nancy and son Zachary.
Glen M. Higdon
Glen worked in several capacities within the field of Real Estate Lending (in all nine counties of the Bay Area) for 11 years prior to establishing Higdon & Associates in 1987; his home office is in Antioch, CA. His experiences include Loan Office Management, Underwriting and Appraising while working at a major Savings and Loan (Home Savings of America) for ten years. Glen supervised staffs of 3-25 escrow officers, loan officers (agents) and appraisal staffs (including several years as Chief Appraiser after serving as a review and field appraiser). In the appraisal department, he coordinated training programs for instruction
of appraisers, streamlining and expediting the appraisal process, increasing productivity and minimizing mistakes, earning excellent audits from examiners. He also worked for a Mortgage Banking firm for one year in the capacity of an underwriter and Chief Review/Field Appraiser.
Glen is married and has three children, one girl and two boys and two grandchildren, a boy and girl. He has served in his community as an ordained Deacon, coached local youth in several sports and is a licensed/certified Massage Therapist. Glen enjoys good food, music, movies, hiking and spending time with family and friends.

Jessica DiMaggio & Sandy Rounds
Sandy Rounds has lived in Pleasanton CA for over 30 years and is a Licensed Residential Appraiser with 8 years of appraisal experience. Sandy is one of the founding board members of REAA East Bay.
Previously Sandy worked as a Business Development Manager for the Consumer Imaging Channel for the Eastman Kodak Company covering areas from San Francisco to Eureka.
Sandy is proud to have started the first California chapter of CH.A.D.D. which is a non-profit support and educational group for parents with children with Attention Deficit Disorder back in 1987.
Jessica DiMaggio began her appraisal career in 1998 working as an office assistant for an appraisal firm in-between college semesters. After graduating with a degree in Sociocultural Anthropology she returned home to the Bay Area and was surprised to discover that she enjoyed the analytical process of real estate appraisal. In 2005 she became Certified and in 2008 she opened her own firm, Diablo Valley Appraisal Services. Jessica served on the REAA East Bay Board during 2011-2012 and has now returned for second term.
