No walk-ins and no late registration in order to make sure we have sufficient USPAP and manuals for all attendees.
 Cancellations must be received on or before (3/11/2018) to avoid being charged.

Course Overview:
This is the Foundation's 7 Hour USPAP Update Course - covering
"Ethics, Standards, and Your Appraisal Practice". This class starts with the "Whys" and "Hows" of changes to the USPAP and their importance in our daily practices. As our Profession evolves the expectations of our clients change and the way we complete our reports change making the USPAP an ever evolving document. We will cover the changes that have occurred and also touch on what to expect in the future. We will take a fresh look at the Scope of Work Rule and also Review Content Requirements. Finally we will analyze and summarize what is expected in our work product. 
Instructor: Corina Rollins - A long time Board Member, Certified Residential Appraiser, Foundation Certified USPAP Instructor, Senior Real Estate Instructor at the College of Marin, and Assessment Appeals Officer, County of Marin.
