Ryan is the author of one of the top-ranking appraisal blogs in the country and he watches the local housing market very closely. He will share in depth about how the local market is moving and how we can more effectively tell the story of market trends in appraisal reports. Members will learn how to create more defensible reports and support value estimates.
This course is appoved for 2 hours of CE. Registration starts at 5:30 and class begins promptly at 6:30. Class is $30 for REAA members and $60 for non-members.
