Bruce brings over 25 years of experience as a major bank Staff Appraiser, AMC Senior reviewer and as an independent Fee Appraiser. Bruce is a California Certified Residential Appraiser, in addition to being a Certified instructor for the CA. state Bureau of Real Estate Appraisers. As a Senior Review Appraiser, he personally spoke one-on-one with over 800 appraisers nationwide and has reviewed over 7000 residential reports from Maine to Hawaii during his tenure. Bruce provides a highly skilled level of valuations and consulting, in all types of residential real estate assignments, including probate, bankruptcy, pre-nuptial agreements, property tax appeals and yes, regular mortgage loans inside Sonoma, Marin and Napa counties.

Lourdes or Lou as she is more commonly known by her friends and colleagues started her appraisal career as a staff appraiser for World Savings in 1991. She held various positions at World Savings as Legal Administrator, Sr Underwriter, Coordinator for staff reviewers of the bank's independent fee appraiser panel for North Bay, and for several years was Vice President/Region Appraisal Manager for the appraisal staff offices in Sonoma, Napa, Marin, Lake and Solano counties before she "retired" from the bank in 2008 and joined the fee world. She has extensive experience in rural properties in North Bay and was considered the bank's "local expert" on well and septic systems! Lou likes to volunteer her time to various community and church projects such as feeding the homeless, Christmas Giving Tree program, Redwood Empire Food Program and sharing her passion about nutrition and wellness to family and friends and is a big advocate of healthy "Green Smoothies".
